What does "PerfectSize®" mean?

Not to be mistaken for "sample" size or "trial" size - our PerfectSize® items are similar to those simply irresistible grabbies you throw in your shopping basket while waiting in line at Sephora. How do I refer a friend and what do I get when I do!?

1. Login to your subscriptions.starlooks.com/login

2. Click "My Account" (located under the "subscriptions drop down menu at the top of the page)

3. Copy your "Referral URL" and share it with your friends via email or social media.

When someone subscribes through your link, Starlooks receives notification that you have successfully referred someone. Your "friend" must be subscribed for at least 1 month and receive at least 1 month of their chosen subscription in order for your referral to count. Because of this, referral rewards are issued after the 1st of each month. At this time, you will receive an email which gives you the option to pick one of the following referral rewards:

1 FREE month of LooksBook® - if you choose this option, we will send you a free past or current book!

1 FREE Featured Product - Each month, Starlooks will announce that month's featured product. If you choose this option, we will send this product to you for free!

How do I gift a LooksBook® Membership?

Go to the https://subscriptions.starlooks.com page and click “Subscribe”. The process is the same as if you’re signing up yourself, BUT you will need to enter your giftee’s shipping and email information instead of your own. Can I sign up for a long-term, pre-paid LooksBook® Membership?

Do you offer International Memberships?

Yes! Simply select your country in the drop down menu during the subscription process to check your country's shipping price. If you don't see your country in the list, contact customer service at info@starlooks.com or call 1 (949) 679-0679


How much does a LooksBook® Membership cost?

Domestic LooksBook® Memberships are an affordable $12.00 per month (FREE Shipping!)

International LooksBook® Memberships are also $12.00 per month, but additional shipping charges vary by country. Starlooks can not predict and is not resonsible for additional foreign transaction fees or customs fees you may incur on behalf of your bank our country.


When will I be billed for my monthly Looksbook® Membership?

You will be billed automatically for your LooksBook® on the 1st of each month.

First-Time orders: The cut off date to order and receive a particular month's LooksBook® is the 10th of each month - we extended this period to allow new subscribers more time to order and still receive the same month's book! So, if you place your order between the 1st of the month and the 10th of the month, you will be billed for your first LooksBook® immediately. If you place your order after the 10th of the month, your card will be authorized for future payments, but will not be officially charged until the 1st of the following month. Your payments will then begin recurring on the 1st of every month, thereafter.


If you place your initial order on November 21st, your card will be authorized, but not charged, until December 1st. Your first LooksBook® will arrive in December.

If you place your initial order on December 3rd, your card will be charged for the December book immediately and you will receive the December LooksBook® as your first.


When will I receive my LooksBook®?

LooksBooks are just like a magazine subscription. Every "issue" (LooksBook®) is released and sent out at the same time every month.

All LooksBooks always ship within the 3rd and 4th week of each month. If you subscribe before the 10th of a particular month, you will receive your first book that same month. If you subscribe after the 10th of a particular month, your first LooksBook® will arrive the following month.


What shipping method does LooksBook® use? Will I be able to track my shipment?

For now, Domestic and International LooksBooks are shipped using USPS First Class Mail. Make sure when you sign up that you provide us with your preferred email address, because every month you'll receive a shipping notification and a tracking number for your box via email.

When LooksBooks begin shipping, you will receive your tracking number as soon as your personal label is printed**. Your LooksBook® should arrive an estimated 3-10 business days after it's shipped, depending on your particular location. Some International Starboxes CAN NOT be tracked after they have left the US border.


How do I change my shipping and/or billing information?

You can make any changes to your account, billing, or shipping information easily by logging in to your https://subscriptions.starlooks.com/login. Once logged in:

To update your account and billing info:

Navigate to the "Subscriptions" drop down menu and click "My Account". Here, you can update any account or billing info - including your password, email, and credit card number.

To update your shipping info:

Navigate to the "Subscriptions" drop down menu and click "My Subscriptions". Click the "Change Shipping Address" button associated with the active subscription you wish to update.

Be sure to submit all billing updates before the 1st of each month, and all shipping updates before the 10th of each month.


What is your return policy?

Our return policies are applicable toward individual retail products purchased from starlooks.com only. We do not accept LooksBook® returns - by subscribing to LooksBook®, you acknowledge that the contents of each book are unknown, and that it is possible to receive products one may or may not like. If you believe you have received a defective or broken product in your LooksBook®, please contact customer service at info@starlooks.com or 949-679-0679.


I have allergies to certain ingredients in certain products, what do I do?

We’re not able to guarantee that your box won't contain specific products or ingredients. Because we take allergies seriously and we don't want to over-promise and under-deliver, we cannot accommodate allergies. What we can guarantee, however, is that Starlooks does not test on animals, our products do not contain lead, and are emollient free. We understand this may make it hard for you to begin or continue our service, but we hope you'll try it and encourage you to give the occasional troublesome product away to a friend!

If you do have known allergies to certain products/ingredients, we highly suggest that before you use them, check the product's ingredients on the book/box or on our website.

Using lip pencils as eye pencils and vice-versa:

All ingredients used in Starlooks' lip pencils and eye pencils (as well as ALL Starlooks' Cosmetics) are FDA approved, and comply with ALL United States Universal Regulations for Cosmetics and Formulas. The basic ingredients in Starlooks' Lip Pencils and Eye Pencils are the same, but the coloring agents are different.

PLEASE NOTE: There ares some coloring agents that the FDA specifically recommends (not "specifically approves") only be used on lips, some coloring agents that the FDA specifically recommends (not "specifically approves") only be used on the face, and some coloring agents that the FDA specifically recommends (not "specifically approves") only be used in eye area.

Starlooks agrees with these recommendations - we don't recommend using our lip pencils on the eyes, but all of our pencils can be used on any part of the face - and no harm will be caused to the person (in cases where there are no specific allergies to our ingredients).


How do I cancel my LooksBook® Membership?

You may cancel your subscriptions at any time with no cancellation fees by simply contacting our customer service team by email info@starlooks.com or by phone 1 (949) 679-0679. We are available to assist you Monday through Friday between 9:30am and 5:30pm, Pacific Standard (California) Time. Pre-paid subscribers are not eligible to cancel their subscription.
