What is Starbox?
Starbox is a monthly subscription service that provides you with the opportunity to try the entire Starlooks, Pro-Quality Makeup Line at an exclusive, discounted price!
Why should I choose Starbox over other Beauty Box Subscriptions?
We completely understand your concern. There are a lot of great choices out there! However, most beauty boxes only provide samples – most of which you can obtain by simply walking into the mall. Some companies offer full size product, but most of them can be purchased at drug stores and/or are of drug store quality.
Starlooks is a PRO quality makeup line, comparable to Makeup Forever, Sephora, M.A.C, Chanel, Dior, and other department store brands at which you would normally have to pay hundreds of dollars for just 3-4 FULL SIZE products. The value of the content you receive in your Starbox each month ranges from $35.00 - $99.00, and we give it to you for just $15.00 per month + shipping, and our rate is STILL less than our closest subscription box competitors!
Why do we do this? Because we want you to try our high-quality, yet affordable, makeup line, love it (we know you will), and become a lifetime Starlooks Makeup customer. NOT because we want you to head to the grocery store and buy a lip gloss every once and a while ;) Our subscription box is for people who love makeup and appreciate professional quality.
PLUS! Our boxes, unlike other subscriptions, are NOT comprised of random selections of product. Our Creative Team (a wonderful group of highly trained professionals from the beauty and fashion industry) carefully plans each month based on professional beauty and fashion forecasts, and products are carefully selected to guarantee that each box contains a complete “look” that is not only fashion forward, but also current. You won’t find that anywhere else!
What will I receive in my Starbox each month?
Every month, a box will be delivered to your door filled with 3-4 FULL SIZED pieces of STARLOOKS BRAND MAKEUP (plus some fun, little extras). Every box will include a different mix of product types including colors, styles, formulas, etc.

Will you tell me what is coming in my box ahead of time?
The surprise is the best part! We keep the products a secret until you receive them. But don’t worry, we’ll give you a HINT! At the beginning of every month, we post a sneak peak Look Book at looksbook.starlooks.com – here, you’ll be able to preview what's coming in your next month's box, and gather tips on how to wear your new products!
Can I customize my Starbox?
We may open up a particular month here and there for some customization (we will let you know via email if/when we offer this) but, for now, Starboxes are not customizable.
However, Starlooks is a growing company! One day we will be able to offer a Beauty Profile that will be important for you to fill out so we can customize boxes according to your personal preference.
We value our customers' personal opinions, and take many requests! Simply contact us with any questions or concerns.
What if I don't know what to do with my Starbox products?
We won't leave you high and dry! We have Pro-MUAs on staff that can help! They’ll recommend looks and uses for specific products you receive in your boxes. Contact them via email or phone at 949.679.0679 or info@starlooks.com. Our Look Book – at http://looksbook.starlooks.com – also has tons of examples of looks you can create using your Starbox products. Also visit our YouTube channel – at http://www.youtube.com/starlooksmd – to view relevant videos and articles on how to apply these products with recommended tips and tricks.
I have allergies to certain ingredients in certain products, what do I do?
We’re not able to guarantee that your box won't contain specific products or ingredients. Because we take allergies seriously and we don't want to over-promise and under-deliver, we cannot accommodate allergies. What we can guarantee, however, is that Starlooks does not test on animals, our products do not contain lead, and are emollient free. We understand this may make it hard for you to begin or continue our service, but we hope you'll try it, and encourage you to give the occasional troublesome product away to a friend!
If you do have known allergies to certain products/ingredients, we highly suggest that before you use, check the product's ingredients on the box or on our website.
Can I gift a Starbox subscription?
Yes! To do so, visit the Starbox page - at www.starlooks.com/starbox - and click “Gift Subscription”. The process is the same as if you’re signing up yourself, BUT you will need to enter your giftee’s shipping information instead of your own. How much does a Starbox Subscription cost?
Domestic Starbox Subscriptions are an affordable $15.00 per month + $2.68 for domestic USPS First Class shipping.
International Starbox Subscriptions are also $15.00 per month, but additional USPS First Class Shipping charges vary by country. Please contact our customer service department for specific International location information. International Subscription orders may not be placed through our website at this time. When will I receive my first Starbox?
Starbox is just like a magazine subscription. Every "issue" (Starbox) is released and sent out at the same time every month. All Starboxes always ship within the 3rd and 4th week of each month. If you subscribe on the 1st of a particular month, you will receive your first box that same month. If you subscribe after the 1st of a particular month, your first Starbox will arrive the following month.
For example: if you place you order in March (between 3/2 and 3/31), you'll receive your first box the 3rd or 4th week of April. Your Starbox should arrive an estimated 3-10 business days after it's shipped, depending on your location.

When will I be billed for the monthly Starbox Subscription?
When you place your order for the monthly subscription, you will be billed for your first Starbox immediately. We do this because we must verify our customers’ billing information in order to create recurring subscriptions. Your payments will then begin recurring on the 1st of every month, thereafter.
For example: If you place your initial order on May 25th, you are immediately charged for your first, June Starbox. Your next payment will then recur on July 1st.

What shipping method does Starbox use? Will I be able to track my shipment?
For now, Domestic and International Starboxes are shipped using USPS First Class Mail. Make sure when you sign up that you provide us with your preferred email address - because every month you'll receive shipping notification and a tracking number for your box via email.
Note: Some International Starboxes CAN NOT be tracked after they have left the US border.
Can I sign up for a long-term, pre-paid Starbox Subscription?
At this time, we offer pre-paid subscriptions for 6 and12 month terms. Pre-paid Subscriptions are non-refundable. At the end of your 6 or 12 month term, it is your responsibility to let us know if you would like to continue with Starbox. If we do not hear from you, your subscription will automatically cancel.

What is your cancellation policy?
Monthly subscribers can cancel their Starbox subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Simply contact us at info@starlooks.com or call us at 1.949.679.0679 to cancel. Pre-paid subscribers are not eligible to cancel their subscription.
How do I change my shipping and/or billing information?
For now, to make any changes whatsoever to your account please email our customer service department at info@starlooks.com or call us at 1.949.679.0679.
Be sure to submit all changes before the 1st of each month. Billing occurs on the 1st of each month and printing of labels occurs within the 3rd or 4th week of each month. So if you don’t submit account changes on time, you risk your subscription being suspended or you might not receive your box!

Where do your products come from?
Our amazing products are formulated within our manufacturing facilities located in Canada and California (US) using ingredients collected from locations all over the world – Starlooks likes to make sure our products are created using the best quality ingredients available, which can only be done by searching the world!
Some of our beautiful packaging is outsourced from China and some is custom designed right here in the US. So, there you have it! I guess you can call us a "worldly brand."

Are your products Cruelty-Free?
YES! None of our Starlooks cosmetics are ever tested on animals or living beings, and are fully approved by the FDA and US Standards of product compliance. In addition, because our brushes are made from real animal fibers, we are happy to inform you that these happy animals only receive a "fresh shave" and are not harmed in the process of obtaining this Remy hair! Just like if you received a haircut, and your hair was sent to "Locks of Love" for re-use!
What is your shipping policy? Do you offer free shipping?
For any of our regular, retail products available online, the USPS First Class Shipping option is ALWAYS FREE for domestic orders (international shipping may vary), as long as the order is under 10lbs.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! Prices vary based on the weight of your package and the shipping method. If you do not see the expedited shipping option you prefer in the shipping portion of the checkout process, contact us at info@starlooks.com or call us at 1.949.679.0679 to discuss personalized shipping options.
You will receive a confirmation email after your order has shipped containing a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment’s journey. It may even arrive before you’ve opened your email!

What if I forgot to include an additional item that I wanted in my order?

What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your retail product purchase, you can return un-used products to us for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Just contact us at info@starlooks.com or call us at 1.949.679.0679 and we will provide you with the necessary information to make your return.
Once your return is received, inspected, and determined to be "un-used", your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
