What happened to the LooksBook Membership?

Starlooks' new LooksBooks were very successful, and have been taken over and will soon be produced by another entity - we appreciate your support and feedback as we developed our #1 most popular product.
 
However, this means that Starlooks cannot produce and sell future LooksBooks on Starlooks.com anymore.  January 2016 will be the last Starlooks-version LooksBook delivered to our monthly subscribers. 
 
Don’t fret yet - we have some exciting news!  Starting immediately, you can choose one (or both!) of the following Starbox Subscription levels - Full Size Starbox Sub (the O.G. of Starboxes!) or the PerfectSize Starbox Sub.

How do I gift a Subscription?

Do you offer International Memberships?

Yes! Simply select your country in the drop down menu during the subscription process to check your country's shipping price. If you don't see your country in the list, contact customer service at info@starlooks.com or call 1 (949) 679-0679.

 

When will I be billed for my monthly Starbox Subscription?

You will be billed immediately upon signup for your first month, and your first box will ship within the 3rd and 4th week of that month.

All future payments will automatically be deducted on the 1st of each following month. 

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS: If you opt to purchase a subscription, your provided credit card will be billed automatically each month in the interval you select or the interval that is indicated on the product page. If you do not want your card to be billed automatically, please do not purchase the subscription. 

You may cancel your subscription any time by accessing your Starlooks.com account. 

 

When will I receive my LooksBook®?

Starboxes are just like magazine subscriptions. Every "issue" is released and sent out at the same time every month. All Staroxes always ship within the 3rd and 4th week of each month. 

 

What shipping method does Starlooks use? Will I be able to track my shipment?

For now, Domestic and International Starboxes are shipped using USPS First Class Mail. Make sure when you sign up that you provide us with your preferred email address, because every month you'll receive a shipping notification and a tracking number for your box via email.

When Starboxes begin shipping, you will receive your tracking number as soon as your personal label is printed**. Your Starvox should arrive an estimated 3-10 business days after it's shipped, depending on your particular location. Some International Starboxes CAN NOT be tracked after they have left the US border.

General Starlooks.com orders above 5 ounces will ship with a tracking number. Orders below 5 ounces will not be trackable.

 

How do I change my shipping and/or billing information?

You can make any changes to your account, billing, or shipping information easily by logging in to your starlooks.com account. If you haven't activated your starlooks.com account yet, contact customer service and they will resent your account invite.

 

What is your return policy?

Our return policies are applicable toward individual retail products purchased at starlooks.com only. We do not accept returns for subscriptions - by subscribing, you acknowledge that the contents of each box/delivery are unknown, and that it is possible to receive specific products one may or may not like. If you believe you have received a defective product, duplicate product, or believe you are missing a product in your subscription, please contact customer service at info@starlooks.com or 949-679-0679.

Retail Returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your retail product purchase, you can return un-used products to us for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Just contact us at info@starlooks.com or call us at 1.949.679.0679 and we will provide you with the necessary information to make your return.

Once your return is received, inspected, and determined to be "un-used", your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

 

I have allergies to certain ingredients in certain products, what do I do?

We’re not able to guarantee that your box won't contain specific products or ingredients. Because we take allergies seriously and we don't want to over-promise and under-deliver, we cannot accommodate allergies. What we can guarantee, however, is that Starlooks does not test on animals, our products do not contain lead, and are emollient free. We understand this may make it hard for you to begin or continue our brand or service, but we hope you'll try it and encourage you to give the occasional troublesome product away to a friend!

If you do have known allergies to certain products/ingredients, we highly suggest that before you use them, check the product's ingredients on the book/box or on our website.

Using lip pencils as eye pencils and vice-versa:

All ingredients used in Starlooks' lip pencils and eye pencils (as well as ALL Starlooks' Cosmetics) are FDA approved, and comply with ALL United States Universal Regulations for Cosmetics and Formulas. The basic ingredients in Starlooks' Lip Pencils and Eye Pencils are the same, but the coloring agents are different.

PLEASE NOTE: There ares some coloring agents that the FDA specifically recommends (not "specifically approves") only be used on lips, some coloring agents that the FDA specifically recommends (not "specifically approves") only be used on the face, and some coloring agents that the FDA specifically recommends (not "specifically approves") only be used in eye area.

Starlooks agrees with these recommendations - we don't recommend using our lip pencils on the eyes, but all of our pencils can be used on any part of the face - and no harm will be caused to the person (in cases where there are no specific allergies to our ingredients).

 

How do I CANCEL a Subscription I have with Starlooks?

You may cancel your subscriptions at any time with no cancellation fees by simply logging in to your Starlooks.com account and clicking "manage subscriptions". Or you may contact our customer service team by email info@starlooks.com or by phone 1 (949) 679-0679. We are available to assist you Monday through Friday between 9:30am and 5:30pm, Pacific Standard (California) Time. Pre-paid subscribers are not eligible to cancel their subscription.
