Our return policies are applicable toward individual retail products purchased at only. We do not accept returns for subscriptions - by subscribing, you acknowledge that the contents of each box/delivery are unknown, and that it is possible to receive specific products one may or may not like. If you believe you have received a defective product, duplicate product, or believe you are missing a product in your subscription, please contact customer service at or 949-679-0679.

Retail Returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your retail product purchase, you can return un-used products to us for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Just contact us at and we will provide you with the necessary information to make your return.

Once your return is received, inspected, and determined to be "un-used", your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
