Returns

Our return policies are applicable toward individual retail products purchased at Starlooks.com only. We do not accept returns for subscriptions - by subscribing, you acknowledge that the contents of each box/delivery are unknown, and that it is possible to receive specific products one may or may not like. If you believe you have received a defective product, duplicate product, or believe you are missing a product in your subscription, please contact customer service at info@starlooks.com or 949-679-0679.

Retail Returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your retail product purchase, you can return un-used products to us for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Just contact us at info@starlooks.com and we will provide you with the necessary information to make your return.

Once your return is received, inspected, and determined to be "un-used", your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
