If you are not 100% satisfied with your retail product purchase, you can return un-used products to us for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Just contact us at info@starlooks.com and we will provide you with the necessary information to make your return.
Once your return is received, inspected, and determined to be "un-used", your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
